Products & Artwork

We make every effort to accurately display our artwork, product images, colors, descriptions, and dimensions. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen displays, and printing processes.

Lifestyle and room mockups are provided for visual inspiration and illustrative purposes only. Artwork may not be shown to exact scale. Please refer to the product dimensions provided in each listing before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, and descriptions at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

In the event of pricing errors, product inaccuracies, or inventory issues, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order and will notify the customer accordingly.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All artwork is produced and fulfilled through trusted production partners.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lauren Nicole Art & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or slight color variations between screens and printed artwork.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with our production partner to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, designs, logos, text, graphics, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Lauren Nicole Art & Co. and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The purchase of a print does not transfer any copyright, licensing, reproduction, commercial use, or distribution rights.

No artwork or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, published, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Restrictions

All artwork, images, photographs, designs, product images, website content, and related materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, downloaded, scraped, reproduced, distributed, used for data mining, or used to train, develop, improve, or validate artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, generative models, datasets, or similar technologies without the express written permission of Lauren Nicole Art & Co.
