If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and include photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to provide a replacement when appropriate.

• We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed artwork.
• Lifestyle and room mockups are provided for visual inspiration and may not represent the exact scale of the artwork.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
